MEMBERSHIP FORMS FOR JOINING THE LSCGG

The LSCGG is able to function based upon three major criteria: (1) the efforts and dedication of its volunteer workers; and (2) monetary support shown by those that make donations of money (and, sometimes, materials for the archives) or (3) contributions by those who become members of the organization using dues-donation. Becoming a member of the LSCGG is not a difficult process. Prospective new members (or current members who want to renew their membership and past members who want to rejoin) need to fill out a membership form and return the form with payment for the dues. This process can currently be undertaken using either one of two methods:

  1. Fill out a paper copy of the membership form and postal mail that completed paper form with your check or money order. The mailing address to use is LSCGG, 115 West Glover Street, Ottawa, IL 61350
  2. Use the interactive membership form found on this website at
    and be sure to follow these steps:
    • Complete and check all entries to confirm that they are accurate.
    • Right-click on any non-field (white) area of this form.
    • Scroll to the choice for PRINT and left-click.
    • In the Print window that appears in your browser, confirm that the destination reads as "Save as PDF." If necessary, change the destination to read as "Save as PDF."
    • Left-click the SAVE button.
    • In the "Save As" pop-up window, identify a location on your computer in which your completed PDF form will be saved.
    • Open your email application, create an email to be sent to lscgg@sbcglobal.net, and attach the newly created and completed membership form.
    • Send your email with the attached PDF file. Use the LSCGG Pay Pal account to remit your dues after emailing the completed digital membership form. The LSCGG Pay Pal account is found at:

The LSCGG Board extends it's appreciation for all past support of those who have since chosen to withdraw from the LSCGG and for any current or future support that the general public will be making.
